Well-deserved award

FOR generations of second-level students, Thomas Kinsella’s poetry has been both challenging and rewarding, and instilled in many a lifelong love of this literary form. What better, then, than to see him awarded an honorary Doctorate in Letters by Trinity College in his 90th year – long-overdue recognition for a much-loved poet.
