IT must be deeply upsetting and embarrassing for Pamela Flood and her restaurateur husband Ronan Ryan, both pictured, to be packing up and planning to leave their beautiful Clontarf home now that it’s been repossessed by a ‘vulture fund’. But before the Fingal Battalion Against Austerity races to their defence, they might note that the Ryans have been living in the house while running up mortgage arrears of almost €300,000 – Ronan Ryan didn’t paid a single cent off their €1.1million mortgage for more than eight years. Your average vulture would have starved to death long ago.
