Louis hits out at ‘fake’ stars and Jason Byrne

-

HE’S helped manufacture some of the most successful boybands in history but Louis Walsh has hit out at ‘so-called’ stars in the music industry. ‘There’s just too much fakery in the music business,’ he told the RTÉ Guide. ‘I watched the Grammys the other night and everyone was miming. It just wasn’t real. Some of the socalled artists aren’t really artists.’ The Mayo man is planning an autobiography and has promised not to spare anyone. ‘It will roast quite a few people,’ he said. Someone who might get a less-than-honourable mention is his co-judge on Ireland’s Got Talent, Jason Byrne, pictured, who he admits gets on his nerves. ‘Jason is a comedian. But I hate when he pretends he knows everything about music. He told someone: “Oh you’re a great guitar player.” He wouldn’t know a great guitar player.’
