Romance is brewing as Stacey and Kevin go for Sunday stroll
MAYBE it’s it’ th the buzz of the bank holiday weekend or the caffeine hit. But whatever it is that’s putting a smile on their faces, Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton seemed to be enjoying themselves yesterday as they were spotted together for the first time since going public on their romance.
It’s been less than a month since BBC presenter Ms Dooley’s ex-boyfriend hit out at ‘rat’ Clifton – but the Strictly Come Dancing champions looked carefree as they stepped out for a Sunday morning stroll through London, coffees in hand.
It comes after Ms Dooley, 32, appeared to confirm her relationship with professional dancer Clifton, 36, when she posted a
picture i t of f th the pair i smiling ili together just over a week ago.
The new snaps are unlikely to impress Sam Tucknott, Ms Dool ey’s ex- boyfriend, who l ast month claimed she had ditched him for ‘ slippery snake’ Clifton after they became close on the BBC One show. He also claimed Clifton, who has three marriages behind him, had sent Ms Dooley intimate messages while she and Tucknott were still together.
He said: ‘Stacey has broken my heart, but of course I still love her and I wish her every success. My anger is with Kevin. It’s more like Strictly Come Dating – year in, year out.’
Following Tucknott’s tell-all i nterview with The Mail on Sunday, Ms Dooley tweeted: ‘Anyone with any adult life experience knows there are two sides to every story.
‘I haven’t got the time or energy to correct some of the utter nonsense I’ve read on here.’
