DR PIERCE faces a turning point in this new episode, in which his therapist demands he stop talking to his most frequent hallucination, Natalie – who is also his closest confidante. So, he goes out to ‘have some fun’, an experience that leads to another hallucination (played by Clint Eastwood’s daughter, Francesca) – and murder.
