Party girl? No, Kate’s the model mum at 46

- By Jennifer Ruby

NOT so long ago she would celebrate her birthdays with boozy all-nighters alongside the Primrose Hill set, often emerging looking worse for wear.

Kate Moss proved that she’s well and truly curbed her excesses, however, as she marked her 46th birthday on Thursday with a very civilised affair.

The supermodel, who turned teetotal in 2017, took a private jet from Luton airport to Paris with her daughter Lila Moss, 17, and boyfriend Nikolai von Bismarck, 33, on Thursday.

Instead of a raucous night on the tiles, the former party girl had a low-key dinner at one of her favourite haunts, Brasserie Lipp.

Ms Moss wore a leopard-print jacket and black maxi skirt, while her daughter opted for casual black jeans and a leather jacket.

Yesterday morning, the pair looked bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as they headed out for a spot of shopping.

While Ms Moss wore the same jacket, Lila chose a multi-coloured tie dye jumper and flared blue jeans. The supermodel took her daughter to one of her favourite stores, Zara, before they visited more upmarket shops on Avenue Montaigne.

Later they attended the Dior Homme show, part of Paris Fashion Week, where they were pictured with fellow British model Cara Delevingne.

Lila, whose father is publisher Jefferson Hack, signed to her mother’s modelling agency in 2018 and was named the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty.

Ms Moss has celebrated her birthday with some blow-out parties in the past, including her 21st at LA’s infamous Viper Room, which was organised by thenboyfriend Johnny Depp.

She had a Beautiful and the Damned themed 30th at Claridges in London, and for her 33rd reportedly enjoyed a booze-fuelled 24-hour celebration with her then boyfriend, rocker Pete Doherty.

But recent birthdays have been decidedly more low-key as the model embraced a healthy lifestyle and steered clear of alcohol.
