ANNUAL FASTING RETREAT

ONCE a year I go to a clinic in Marbella, called Buchinger Wilhelmi, (buchingerwilhelmi.com). It’s a two-week therapeutic fasting programme, which helps to close down the digestive system and rejuvenate the cell tissue. For me, it’s a reboot and rest before another busy fashion season kicks off. I can’t wait to go back after the quarantine is lifted.

UP YOUR STEP COUNT

PHYSICALLY, I feel stronger than at 40. I’m much more health conscious, but I also take time to relax and walk more. It’s hard to have a hobby, as I travel so much for work, but walking is the one thing I can do anywhere. I aim to do 15,000 steps a day. It’s good for me physically and mentally.

CHIC MID-LIFE TRAINERS

NO ONE bats an eye if you come into a board meeting in a great pair of trainers these days. Because of all the walking I do, I invest in good-looking pairs in all colours from designer brands such as Chanel and Dior, but also on the High Street — Converse do some lovely ones. They are a gamechanger for a 40-plus woman.
