JUST when we thought we were making strides to combat our carbon footprint, Covid-19 threw a spanner in the works with the need for sanitiser, wipes and all manner of bleach becoming very much part of our new normal. But some new products from Irish company VivaGreen will help you get your environmen­tal mojo back while keeping you and your home safe and clean. Tru Eco, a new range of refillable, eco-friendly laundry and household cleaning products. will help keep your house gleaming clean while also protecting you, your family, and the environmen­t. The range, which is made from plant-based and biodegrada­ble ingredient­s, and is free from

harsh chemicals, includes an Allleaner, Purpose Cleaner Washing-Up Liquid, Non-Bio Laundry Detergent, and Fabric Softener. Tru Eco bottles are made from 100 percent recycled plastic, and they are reusable, recyclable, and refillable, closing the loop on plastic waste.

The company plans to roll out refill stations nationwide over the next few months as well. The Tru Eco range is available in Dunnes Stores and SuperValu nationwide and prices begin at just €2.60 so the range is purse friendly too.
