Beginners:
Perform 20 banded side squats (10 squats left and right) | 3 sets | Rest 1 minute
Intermediates: Perform 30 banded side squats (15 squats left and right) | 3 sets | Rest 1 minute
Beginners must hold a single dumbbell (5-10kg) during the exercise.
Intermediates must hold a single dumbbell (8-15kg) during the exercise.
Beginners can tie a light to moderate resistance band under both knees. Intermediates can tie a moderate to heavy resistance band under both knees.
