CHALLENGE WEEK 6
THE sixth challenge will be the ‘ Walk The Plank’ workout. Today’s session will be a highly functional routine that focuses on your body from the waist down. Starting every routine with a core drill, each abdominal exercise is followed by a dynamic workout for our legs. This program is designed to keep you moving in all directions while keeping the abs activated. Transitioning from your feet to the floor, this challenge will keep your heart pumped while sculpting your lower body and targeting all its larger muscle groups. Let’s get started!
