Beginners: Perform 20 walking lunges | 2 sets | Rest 1 minute
Intermediates: Perform 24 walking lunges | 3 sets | Rest 1 minute
Beginners can hold a pair of dumbbells (3-5kg) during the exercise. intermediates can hold a pair of dumbbells (6-10kg) during the exercise. Make sure lunges are alternating in a forward position from left to right foot.
