LEADING up to the festive season, most of us will take a different approach to arranging social events online. This is a golden opportunity to enforce good habits as a group. Having a consistent group logging in to Zoom or Hangouts makes it easier to arrange fitness classes with the same crowd. While hosting each social event, each successive class can be arranged between the participants. A different person can be nominated each week to host the session and keep it interesting and everybody accountable. This will help to balance out the late night food and drinks.
