COOKING doesn’t have to involve painstakingly following a complex recipe – it can be just as satisfying to get use out of staples that are easy to find. Continuing his efforts to get us whipping up good food at home from simple ingredients, tonight Mark (right) is focusing on fish and is offering up a family favourite – homemade cod fish fingers. He’ll also be taking advantage of some of the great seafood we have off our shores with a tasty fish paella. There will also be tips and tricks on how to cook the perfect piece of monkfish, and his herbcrusted cod will have you drooling.
