GORDON (pictured) loves a bit of adventure, and for this returning series, he goes off the beaten track, seeking out not only culinary inspiration, but also physical challenges and cultural delights. He starts in the Australian island state of Tasmania, where his travels take him into shark-infested waters as he dives for lobster – and even a forage for herbs comes with a side order of venomous snakes.
