Bolder shades to stand out in crowd

8 THINGS THAT WILL LIFT YOUR SPIRITS THIS WEEK

- Grace Cahill

THE day after the lockdown 1.0 lifted, I remember meeting my two best friends for lunch in the Westbury. The rain was horizontal and I was still in the throes of post-partum exhaustion while navigating another cancelled wedding, yet both pals commented on the cheerful orange dress I was wearing. In those strange lulls between lockdowns, I now realise that the most colourful, print-heavy dresses in my wardrobe became my saviour.
