SECOND WOMEN’S REPORT WILL LIFT LID ON ISSUES

THE second report into the women’s game is due for completion before the summer. After 30 recommendations into Ireland’s failure to qualify for the World Cup were released in March, a more forensic and detailed investigation into the health of the women’s game in this country is on the way. Here’s hoping the report is published in full. It has been clear for a while that the women’s game needs a dramatic overhaul.
