THIS 1980s on-off romance was one of the many shows created by Only Fools And Horses’ John Sullivan. Jan Francis and Paul Nicholas (pictured) star as exlovers Penny and Vincent, who parted on bad terms — well, he did leave her at the altar on their wedding day — then are surprised to meet again. Over three series, we followed the couple’s wavering relationship, the audience willing them to get back together again. It was hugely popular with fans and critics, winning the Bafta for Best Comedy in 1987. It begins a welcome repeat from the start here.
