Maddie suspect’s ‘surgery to alter his appearance’

THE man who is suspected of abducting Madeleine McCann had surgery to change his facial appearance after she vanished, it was reported.

Convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner, 45, right, who was made an official suspect last month, is said to have had his jaw reset and four ‘rabbit’ teeth straightened in September 2007. He flew to Germany for the work, the Sun on Sunday reported.
