SO, IT SEEMS GRAHAM HAS TIED THE KNOT...

- By Olivia Jones

CORK’S favourite export Graham Norton has tied the knot with his partner at a private reception in West Cork.

Legendary singer Lulu and drag queen Panti Bliss were among over 100 guests at the lavish Bantry House bash on Saturday.

The celebrations then continued on into Sunday in marquees at the grounds of Norton’s waterside home in Ahakista on the Sheep’s Head peninsula.

It is unknown when the couple were officially married, but on Saturday a local rector reportedly officiated at a blessing ceremony.

The event was closed off to the public and press but guests and catering vans were seen arriving at Bantry House and the marquees could be seen from a distance. Panti Bliss, who was the DJ for the party, teased fans with her tweet on Saturday which said: ‘Today I had black pudding twice and I saw Ian Bailey twice, so I guess I’m definitely in West Cork.’

Among those who performed was Shout! singer Lulu, who shared Instagram videos of herself in the Bantry Gardens.

In a video she said: ‘Here I am in Ireland. Isn’t this gorgeous or what.’

TikTok Irish dancing stars, Cairde, are also thought to have performed at the event.

The TV host has kept his current relationship with his unnamed partner private but he is known to have broken up with ex-partners Trevor Patterson in 2013 and Andrew Smith in 2015.

Before the weekend, Norton, 59, was spotted near to his home in Ahakista, enjoying the sunshine at an Invivo & Co wine blending session at the famous gastropub, Arundel’s by the Pier.

The wine company, which sells predominantly to New Zealand and produces gin in West Cork, was founded by Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron. Norton joined in 2014.

The presenter grew up in Bandon and regularly returns to West Cork where he records his UK Virgin Radio show.
