Gongs honour €11m business

THE Cork Conference Ambassadors Awards will take place tonight.

The event will honour those who raised €11million through business this year.

Seamus Heaney of the Cork Convention Bureau said: “To give you a sense of the value of business tourism, more than €60million has been generated in the past nine years.”
