Buble concert sparks call for plan at Croker

-

A FINE Gael senator has called for better planning at Croke Park after Luas chaos following a gig.

Michael Buble performed to thousands at GAA HQ on Saturday but there was havoc in the streets as fans tried to get on public transport.

Neale Richmond has called on Transdev to put a proper plan in place for major events.

He said: “Confusion reigned as inadequate signage and a lack of staff on the ground meant those not used to taking the Luas were left clueless.

“This is one of the busiest summers and our transport infrastructure must meet demand.”
