Mcfadden in motoring ban for speeding

Brian Mcfadden BRIAN Mcfadden has revealed he has been banned from driving after being caught speeding for the fourth time.

The ex-westlife singer, 38, was given a six-month suspension after collecting 12 penalty points for three similar offences.

He took to Twitter to reveal he appeared in a Nottingham court.

Mcfadden blasted the prosecutio­n for allegedly suggesting he should ask his Boyzlife fans for lifts to his gigs.

A defence lawyer said the ban could lead to “exceptiona­l hardship” for Mcfadden and tour co-star Keith Duffy.

Ms Lennon told how she fears for her mental health as the situation continues and she is forced to drive 400km a week to get one child to school.

She said: “I must make a sacrifice, so would anyone like to tell me what the sacrifice should be?

“At the moment, it is my own mental heath, whatever value that holds.”

Bus Eireann said it is working to get the travel applicatio­n resolved “as a matter of priority”.

It added: “We will liaise with the family in relation to any transport arrangemen­ts, as soon as possible.”

Meath TD Peadar Toibin hit out after Ms Lennon was left “high and dry” by the school bus transport system.

He added: “Carol is not alone. Difficulti­es are arising throughout the country.

“It’s also breath-taking Carol has had to report herself to Tusla in order to draw the necessary focus of the Government to help fix this problem.”
