Murphy’s warning

AMY MURPHY insists Arkle favourite Kalashnikov faces “no easy task” when he makes his chasing debut at Warwick today.

Last season’s Supreme Novices’ Hurdle runner-up takes on three opponents in the 2m Novices’ Chase, for which he will start the odds-on favourite.

But Murphy said:

“It’s no easy task for him, but it will be great to get his season underway. As long as he has a clean round of jumping and learns a lot, we’ll be happy.”
