JOSH: BLUEBIRDS WON’T GO CHEAP

-

JOSH MURPHY insists Cardiff have learned their lessons the hard way and won’t be a soft touch now.

Crushing defeats by Chelsea (4-1), Manchester City (5-0) and Liverpool (4-1) marked the Bluebirds down for a campaign of toil and trouble.

But Murphy (above), their 23-year-old £11million buy from Norwich, said: “We’ve played all the big teams that everyone talks about and we’ve learned our lessons in letting in cheap, easy goals.

“If you see the way we’re performing now from the start of the season, you’d see a massive difference.

“We need to perfect the stuff that we’re working on and pick up points in the good run of games that we’ve got now.

“The togetherness of the squad here is great. It’s all about sticking together and pushing on.”
