Hacked off at hotel internet security

-

IT used to be that we worried about if the sheets had been changed when staying at a hotel.

But following the latest cyber attack, it’s been proven it’s not the bedbugs we need to be concerned about but the bugs in their computers.

The latest company to put our personal information at risk was the Marriott Hotel chain which saw 500 million guests have their details compromised. The hack was one of the worst in history.

Every month now it seems some large firm which we entrust with our credit cards details, home addresses, telephone numbers, even passport details, are not doing enough to protect us.

The Marriott breach shows no longer it’s the rooms we need to worry about but checking in as hackers now check us out.

Call me old-fashioned, but still no one has explained to me what’s wrong with cash?
