2m flyers is airport high

DUBLIN Airport marked another record month with more than two million travellers.

Flyers rose 7% compared to last November with the number on domestic flights soaring by 47%.

Passengers flying to and from Europe leapt by 8% to almost 1.1 million while UK traffic grew by 2% to 848,000 customers.

Transatlantic volumes rose by 15% to more than 275,000 and international numbers jumped by 13%.
