Fiona to host Question Time
FIONA Bruce admitted she was “thrilled and a little daunted” yesterday as she was confirmed as David Dimbleby’s replacement on BBC1’S Question Time.
Bruce, 54, who presents the Antiques Roadshow and Ten O’clock News, will be the first ever female host of the series. She will take over when Dimbleby steps down next month after 25 years in the role.
She said: “It is an honour to be asked to take on one of the great political programmes of the BBC.”
