NO FEARS ON WOLVES CUB WHITE

- BY DAVE ARMITAGE

WOLVES boss Nuno Espirito Santo says boy wonder Morgan Gibbs-white will not cause him problems – on or off the field.

The midfielder (above), 18, played a starring role to help beat Chelsea on his full debut on Wednesday.

Now the Wolves boss has to decide whether to start with the teenager or keep him on the bench with star man Ruben Neves returning.

Nuno says the England Under-17 World Cup winner is so level-headed he will not be a problem and neither will his new-found reputation.

The local lad turned in an eye-catching display in the 2-1 win in midweek and was taken off near the end to a standing ovation.

Nuno must now wonder if and how to juggle his side for tomorrow’s trip to Newcastle.

The Portuguese said:

“He’s played one game and he played very well. How can that be a problem for me?

“It’s fantastic. He plays well, people admire him and our fans are happy. That’s not a problem.

“I understand why people are excited about him, but he has to stay the same boy he is now – very humble.”
