STEVE BRUCE has still to concede a goal as Owls boss after his side hung on for a grim draw at the Den.

Keeper Keiren Westwood (above) made saves from a Jed Wallace free-kick and Aiden O’brien header, while Jordan Thorniley headed a Ben Marshall header off the line.

Lucas Joao saw Wednesday’s only clear chance beaten away by home No.1 Jordan Archer. But the visitors had a strong penalty appeal when Steven Fletcher’s 89th-minute shot hit the arm of Lions captain Shaun Hutchinson.

Bruce has now picked up five points in three games and Wednesday remain in 16th place – 10 points off the play-off places.

Millwall have not scored in three consecutive home league games for the first time since August 2013.
