Ireland’s top bachelor Ryan Tubridy told about his time on Galway’s High Island which is up for sale for €1.25million.

On his RTE Radio One show, he spoke about a family trip to the beauty spot that has two lakes and the ruins of a 7th century monastery.

Tubs, below, said: “It was hard to get there because it is quite high. Between the picnic and the walking and views, it felt as close as it could to being in heaven, it was just so beautiful.”
