“Then you see the stuff off the pitch, it’s reported negatively because of our name and this football club is involved. Straightaway it’s seen as Millwall’s fault.

“You take massive strides forward and get knocked back a yard. We take it hugely seriously and it shows we have to keep improving to eradicate it.”
