The balletstar who’s finally tamed Jagger
of Brigitte Bardot. She is said to have shared a “moment of intimacy” with Mick in a broom cupboard before a Rolling Stones show in 1966.
The same year, Tina Turner allegedly romped with him before a Stones show in Bristol, where she was also on the bill – with husband Ike. Later that evening, Mick reportedly slept with Marianne Faithfull for the first time.
While most of his encounters were quickly forgotten, others left something to remember them by – Mick has eight children by five women.
Lucas Jagger was conceived during a seven-month affair behind Jerry Hall’s back, after he met Brazilian TV host Luciana Morad in Rio.
One of the women he had a fling with, Natasha Terry, is also a sex therapist and recently gave her opinion on his womanising. Describing Mick as a “sex vampire”, she said: “Being with all these different people makes him feel young and gives him all this energy.” Even the name Mick and his pals chose for their band in 1962 appears to reflect Mick’s sex fixation – Rollin’ Stone was a 1950 Muddy Waters song about an unrepentant philanderer.
Mick met his first serious girlfriend, Chrissie Shrimpton, in 1962 when he was a student in London. They got engaged but broke up three years later when Mick, then a rising star, started seeing singer Marianne Faithfull behind her back.
Mick and Marianne’s relationship was rocked by scandal, including the time she was found in just a fur rug during a drug raid at bandmate Keith Richards’ house.
They split four years later, after which she heard he allegedly slept with German model Anita Pallenberg, who had been seeing Keith, while they were together. Marianne took revenge by bedding Keith. Unfazed, Mick was soon with American model Marsha Hunt. In 1970, she had his first child, daughter Karis. But even before Karis’ birth, Mick was cheating on her with Nicaraguan-born Bianca Perez-mora Macias, who he wed the next year and had daughter Jade with.
They split in 1979, with Bianca citing his affair with supermodel Jerry Hall.
Two women, Catherine James and Janice Kenner, later said they shared Mick after moving into one of his homes in the 70s, while he was with Bianca.
Mick’s relationship with Jerry, who ended her engagement to Bryan Ferry to be with him, was his longest at 22 years.
They have four children and had an unofficial marriage ceremony in 1990. But Mick did not give up his roving. One of his affairs was with Italianborn model Carla Bruni, who was dating Eric Clapton. When Jerry bumped into Carla in a Paris hotel, she called her a “tramp”, adding: “Why can’t you leave my husband alone?”
Carla, who later wed French President Nicolas Sarkozy, would later say “there were maybe 10 other women” in Mick’s life when they were together.
Another crush was Janice Dickinson, the self-styled “world’s first supermodel” and I’m A Celebrity star, who later said the singer, then aged 40, pursued her like a teenager.
She said: “There were 50,000 phone calls, day and night. He was filling my room with pink roses. Then he asked, ‘Will you have my baby?’ How much more seductive is that?”
Also while still with Jerry, in 1997 Mick met a dancer named Angelina Jolie, who was hired for a Stones video. Their on-off affair lasted two years.
He then consoled himself with Luciana Morad – who would be the mother of his next child. And while he spent seven months meeting up with her in hotels behind Jerry’s back, Mick was also seeing sex therapist Natasha.
She remembered how the 55-yearold would reduce her to giggles as he played kinky games.
She said: “He would love to spank. I started laughing because I was never into spanking.”
It was after finding out he had got Luciana pregnant that Jerry finally decided enough was enough. Mick then met fashion designer L’wren Scott, to whom he got engaged.
But it ended tragically. While Mick was on tour in March 2014, L’wren committed suicide at her New York home, reportedly due to cash worries.
It was after his loss that Melanie, a dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, reached out to him as a friend. By the June, they were spotted on a Zurich hotel balcony together.
Now, only time will tell if she really has helped Mick get Satisfaction.
