Michael is just Streaks ahead on RTE show
Michael Kilbane A LUCKY man has become the biggest champion on Winning Streak this season after he scooped nearly €150,000 on Saturday.
Michael Kilbane, who is from Achill Island but lives in Castlebar, Co Mayo, walked away with an incredible €143,000.
He netted €100,000 by spinning the iconic Grand Prize wheel along with a further €40,000 in cash and a holiday worth €3,000 from other games on the RTE One show.
A delighted Michael said he would let the dust settle before deciding what to do with the cash.
Having retired in 2004, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 56 years and gardening.
The couple have two sons, Stephen and Peter.
