It’s not fare on other cabbies

TWO tourists had their holiday to Ireland ruined by a truly terrible taxi experience.

After being shown graphic pictures and being overcharged by their rogue driver for their journey to the airport, we wouldn’t blame the women if they never want to return here.

The pair have made official complaints and hopefully this driver will get more than just a rap on the knuckles.

The vast majority of Irish taxi drivers are good people but there needs to be greater regulation and tougher penalties in the industry to ensure customers are safe once they step into a cab.
