Sala cousin: I want probe

EMILIANO Sala’s grieving cousin wants a full probe into the footballer’s death, insisting he was killed.

Speaking in the Argentinian town of Progreso, where the striker grew up, Martin Gatti said: “It was an avoidable tragedy. For me, Emiliano was killed.”

Sala, 28, died in a plane crash flying from Nantes in France to Wales after Cardiff City signed him for €17million.

An Air Accidents Investigation Branch probe is expected to take a year.
