Fod future is in doubt
WES FODERINGHAM will assess his Rangers future at the end of the season after admitting it will be almost impossible to dislodge Allan Mcgregor as No.1 at Ibrox.
The Englishman was outstanding as he replaced the suspended Mcgregor in Saturday’s 0-0 draw with St Johnstone and will be between the sticks in Wednesday’s crucial Scottish Cup replay against Kilmarnock.
But he knows he will be back on the bench when the Scotland keeper’s ban is lifted.
Foderingham said: “I’ll look at all the options and I’ll make decisions based on that. We’ll see where we’re at come the end of the season.
“We’ve had discussions and Steven Gerrard knows I want to play. But I also know Allan’s playing really well so it’s a difficult situation I’m in. I’m here until the end of the season and we’ll review it then.”
