Festival good for the Soul..

-

SOUL In The City returns to Cork next June Bank Holiday Weekend for its fifth year.

Chief Sinead Dunphy said: “With several new partners already secured and working with previous partners of the festival at more augmented levels, this festival is set on a trajectory of success.”

Depending on the outcome of the next few days, some people might fancy packing up and leaving the UK in January.

Boris Johnson’s dad Stanley and his I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! co-star and pal Georgia Toffolo are looking at doing exactly that.

They are in talks about their own travel show.

Made in Chelsea star Georgia, 25, says: “I think it would be really fun for us to do a travelogue next year – it’s been spoken about.

“I always want to learn things and I think we could do it quite easily in a digestible way, sort of intellectual – but we are also buffoons.”

The pair have already entertained viewers on Celebrity Hunted, Gogglebox and Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, and Georgia says Stanley, 79, has no plans to slow down.

She says: “I always think he is going to say, ‘No, you’ve pushed it too far this time. It’s too silly and frivolous – we are not doing it.

“But he’s such a good sport, he’s always up for it.”

Sadly, plans for their first jaunt – “a week long trip very far away” in January – have been postponed.

Georgia says: “Stan tours the country doing all these really boring talks.

“Maybe he could move one so we could go on this trip – but he couldn’t move it.”
