JENNIFER Zamparelli has revealed she has been sent death threats from members of the public.

The Dubliner, 39, also told how she has been forced to block hundreds of people on social media for being “threatening”.

The 39-year-old presenter said Caroline Flack’s death highlighted how difficult life in the public eye can be.

Speaking of the former Love Island host, who took her own life on February 15, she added: “When that happened, to be honest, everyone in the TV industry was really shook to the core.

“It really shone a light on how sh**ty the industry can be – it reminded us of how vulnerable and scary it can be.”

The Dancing With The Stars presenter told the Sunday Independent: “I have had people saying they want to rip my head off.”

Meanwhile, Elaine Crowley said celebrities also have to act responsibly on their own social media accounts.

The presenter, 41, added: “I had to think about the way I talk about people in the public eye, like the Kardashians, and I’m being a hypocrite for slagging them off.

“It does no harm to take a step back and just think about what you’re writing.”

Some of the properties have been cut off from roads and are now effectively languishing on islands.

The nightmare of previous devastating floods – in 1995, 2009 and 2016 – returned for Joe and Geraldine Quinlivan who have built a sandbag trench around their bungalow.

He said: “It’s bringing back hell again. Politicians just don’t seem to care.

“You’ll get the politicians here when
