Cathal and Siomha ring in leap year
FORMER MMA star Cathal Pendred has announced his engagement to TV presenter Siomha Ni Ruairc.
The sportsman turned actor took to Instagram to reveal she popped the question to him.
Posting a photo of the couple together at Ashford Castle, he wrote: “If there was ever a woman to adhere to an old Irish tradition, it’s this one.
“On the Leap Year day, 29th of Feb, she popped the question.
“Exciting times ahead.” Cathal has starred in films Cardboard Gangsters and the Baywatch movie since stepping back from the world of MMA.
He previously dated model Michele Mcgrath for four years.
