Model Mel lugs a big pain about
MELANIE Sykes has revealed how she’s been suffering from an itchy ear for years.
The 49-year-old model and television presenter said she had eczema in her right ear and is always scratching it.
Speaking on the Paul O’grady Show on Radio 2 – where she and Alan Carr are filling in for O’grady – she admitted it was not a “sexy look” and that she was desperate to stop doing it.
Mel said: “I’m always itching it, always digging something in my ear.
“I’ve had it for years. I’ll pick up anything – knitting needles, cocktail sticks, the whole nine yards has been in there.
“It’s gross. I’ve had it for so long now I don’t realise I’m doing it. It’s not cool and I need to stop it.”
