WHY IS HE SUDDENLY BEING NICE TO ME?

I’ve been seeing my boyfriend for four years and he’s never been the romantic kind – even at the beginning. However, he’s charming in his own way and we have always had a laugh together.

Lately though, he’s been very attentive. He’s cooked a few times and driven me to the train station without being asked.

I know it’s bad to be suspicious, but I don’t know where it’s coming from. I’ve never seen him as a ladies’ man – I don’t think he’s got it in him – but maybe I’m wrong.

Am I being paranoid? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

So, reading between the lines, you’re worried he’s cheating and doing all this nice stuff to keep you sweet and throw you off the scent, and maybe to offload some of his guilty feelings.

Alternatively, maybe he realises he’s rubbish and doesn’t pay you enough attention and is worried you’ll leave him, so he’s starting to make an effort.
