Developer hopes to build 1,000 homes

ONE of the largest developers in Ireland has sought permission to build 1,000 new homes.

The Quintain development is set for Cherrywood

Village in the Dun Laoghaire–rathdown area of the capital.

Chief Eddie Byrne said: “We are delighted to be making progress on plans for the near-term delivery of 1,000 new homes at Cherrywood Village.

“A full masterplan for this area will be published before end of September.”
