Freed after 27 years in jail

A MAN in eastern China has been acquitted of murder and freed after spending 27 years in prison.

Zhang Yuhuan maintained he was tortured forced to confess to the murder of two young boys.

He was China’s longestserving wrongfully convicted inmate.
