Fianna falling in the polls..

THE Taoiseach Micheal Martin is fast becoming one of the most unpopular leaders in the history of the State.

I have known him for a long time and he is a very decent and honourable man.

For whatever reason he is just not connecting with the public.

The latest opinion poll has Fianna Fail at a pathetic 10% the lowest in the history of the party.

Rightly or wrongly Micheal has come across as indecisive, ultra conservative, and appears to be talking down to the people instead of speaking to them.

Micheal must trust us all to do the right thing instead of resorting to the nanny state forcing us to do it.

Voters keep comparing him to Leo Varadkar who was far more polished dealing with Covid.

One way or the other I can’t see this Government lasting too long, especially since Micheal and Leo can’t stand each other.
