Twisted dognappers € 25 ransom demand for Jack Russell

Chilling note left for distraught owner

SICK dognappers have left a twisted ransom note for a heartbroke­n pet owner.

Pupki ss , a Ja ck Russel l , went missing on Wednesday f rom hi s home i n Dublin’s Neilstown.

His owners have been searching the area continuous­ly but on Thursday were l eft shocked w h e n a r a n s o m note was placed on the windscreen of their car.

The note, which demanded € 25 i n coins for the dog’s s a f e r e t u r n , a l s o made s o me s i c k claims about what would happen to the defenceles­s animal if the ransom was not paid.

Asking for help in f i n d i n g h i m , P u p k i s s ’ o w n e r Susanne wrote on Wednesday : “Hey, f ri ends and f amily j ust want t o a s k could you keep an eye out for my little J a c k Rus s e l l . He went for a little walk this morning and he hasn’t come home.

“I f y ou bro ught him in... you can let them back out, I ’ l l give the whistle. His name is Pupkiss. Neilstown, Clondalkin TIA.”

She added: “Still no sign of Pupkiss. He will be fretting, please, please keep your eye out. He is our little boy.

“He is MICROCHIPP­ED and his big brother Bobby keeps pining for him badly. Thank you all.

“We cycled the whole of Neilstown last night calling his name but no luck.”

Th e n on Thurs d ay s h e shared an update and offered a reward to anyone who could help with the safe return of her beloved dog.

According to Susanne, local g a r d a i w i l l b e c h e c k i n g cameras in the area.

The vulgar l ett er read s : “Ransom demand – we have your dog.

“We want 2 5 e uro s ( i n untraceabl e c oi ns). If our demands are not met by Friday.. you will hear Trixie howl all the way from Moorefield, it’s gonna be a ruff night for Trix.

“PS wait for further instructio­ns.”

Still no sign of Pupkiss. He will be fretting, please, please keep your eye out
