FAI CUP FIXTURES SETTLED
THE three remaining FAI Cup quarter- finals have been rescheduled for Friday, November 20.
Finn Harps clash with holders Shamrock Rovers and the Bohemians- Dundalk game were due to take place next Saturday.
But they were postponed because of international call- ups yesterday.
With Liam Scales named in the Ireland under- 21 squad, Jack Byrne already in the senior one and Roberto Lopes in Cape Verde’s, the Hoops were entitled to seek a postponement.
The game would have been put back anyway if Harps are involved in Friday’s promotion- relegation playoff.
Bohs duo Danny Grant and Danny Mandroiu are also in the under- 21s, as is Dundalk’s Darragh Leahy, although a club needs two players or more for a postponement.
The Sligo Rovers- Derry City quarter- final postponed from November 1 will also take place on November 20 with a 5.30pm kick- off at the Showgrounds.
In the meantime, the Candystripes could yet have three players involved in the Northern Ireland Under- 21 squad.
Finn Harps- Shamrock Rovers will start at 5.30pm while Bohs- Dundalk has a 7.45pm kick- off at
Dalymount Park.
