LOCKDOWN flouter Rita Ora has splashed out €9million on a mansion in a trendy part of London.
The singer and model, 30, who was caught breaking Covid rules twice last year, has bought the six-bedroom, Victorian home in North London.
It is in an area made famous by model Kate Moss, actor Jude Law, rock star Noel Gallagher and their pals who were known for their party lifestyles.
Her company Rora Properties purchased the house, built in the Arts and Crafts style, with the help of a loan from the Queen’s bank Coutts & Co.
The singer’s dad Besnik witnessed the mortgage document which was signed on Friday, according to documents lodged with Companies House.
Ora is still raking in the cash despite a backlash over her breaches. She has signed to Kate Moss’s model agency and is still on ITV’S Masked Singer.
The star is currently in a compulsory 14-day quarantine at a hotel in Sydney ahead of her role as a coach on The Voice in Australia.
Last month we revealed EE had quietly shelved one of their adverts featuring her early. Ora was blasted in November for hosting a lavish 30th birthday bash for pals, including Cara and Poppy Delevingne, at a restaurant in West London.
It then emerged she broke guidelines for a second time after travelling to Egypt for a corporate gig and failing to quarantine afterwards.
Since she has offered to pay the maximum £10,000 fine for breaking the rules, given her performance fee to charity, and issued two grovelling apologies.
In her second, she said she wanted “to one day make it up to the public who have given me so much support over the years and, in particular, make it up to the heroes of the NHS.
“While I realise the apologetic words of a pop star might not carry much weight, especially one who has broken the rules like I have, I do realise that some might seek to follow my example. My message to them is simple: Please don’t.
“The guilt and shame I’ve carried this week for my mistake aren’t worth it.
“Listen to the Government advice and the voices of the heroes of the NHS and take the required precautions.”
