BORIS Johnson abused his position to have a sexual relationship with a young woman in 2008, she has claimed.
Mr Johnson, an MP and London Mayor at the time, also reportedly pushed for her to get a City Hall job.
There are calls for a probe into the “deeply distressing” allegations. Mr Johnson has denied any wrongdoing.
It is claimed he lobbied for her to get a job weeks after they met. But the appointment is said to have been blocked as his City Hall colleague, Kit Malthouse, now a Tory minister, said the pair appeared to have an inappropriately close relationship.
At the time, Mr Johnson had just become mayor. He was 43 and the woman was in her 20s.
He reportedly launched into a four-letter rant during a taped conversation with the woman when she confronted him in 2017.
At this meeting in Mr Johnson’s parliamentary office when he was Foreign Secretary, the woman allegedly said she felt uncomfortable about their brief relationship.
She added it left her “really shaken and upset”, and that it showed how young women in “this building... are fair game” and there to be “leered at” by men in power.
He is said to have repeatedly apologised, telling her: “I’m very sorry, [ for] your unhappiness about this.”
The claims in the Sunday Times add that Mr Johnson admitted pushing her forward for the job.
He is said to have shouted furiously when she suggested he had initially been reluctant to meet her.
He reportedly blasted: “I’ve been incredibly f***ing busy.
“I tried to meet you the other day. Jesus f***ing a**holes.” She reportedly recorded the conversation so her claims could not be disputed.
According to the newspaper, the outgoing Prime Minister, who was married to Marina Wheeler in 2008, has denied any wrongdoing, saying: “I don’t believe I was malicious and I don’t believe I would have been aggressive or anything like that.”
Lib Dem deputy leader Daisy Cooper said: “The woman’s account is deeply distressing.
“It must be investigated by a parliamentary body or City Hall.”
Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner said: “These awful allegations add to the lies, the law breaking and the security breaches.”
A Downing Street spokesman said: “This is not about his time as PM and no public interest as I see it. We don’t talk about his private life.” Mr Johnson was sacked as a shadow minister in 2004 due to lying over reports he had an affair with columnist Petronella Wyatt.
A journalist later alleged Mr Johnson squeezed her thigh when he was editor of The Spectator magazine. He denied the allegation.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct probed the PM in 2019 over his relationship with US businesswoman Jennifer Arcuri, who said she had an affair with him when he was mayor.
The IOPC looked at reports her firm was able to access £25,000 in public funds and that she went on three overseas trade trips.
It found there was no basis for criminal charges but that Mr Johnson should have declared the relationship.
