LOVE split golfer Rory Mcilroy and boxer Anthony Joshua are among Britain’s youngest super-rich, it is revealed.

Singers Dua Lipa, Harry Styles and Ed Sheeran also feature on a list topped by the soon-to-be-married Duke of Westminste­r.

Hugh Grosvenor inherited his title and vast property empire aged 25 and his family’s wealth is estimated at more than £10billion.

Now 33, he oversees the dynasty’s company portfolio in 12 countries.

He will wed Olivia Henson, 31, next month with the Prince of Wales as guest of honour.

Most on The Sunday Times 40 under-40 Rich List are self-made millionair­es.

They include Birmingham-born Ben Francis, 31, who co-founded fitness clothing brand Gymshark and is worth £725m, and Alex Loven, 36, whose Wrexhambas­ed business Net World Sports sells more football goals than anyone in the UK.

Brothers Tom and Phil Beahon, who started football kit maker Castore from their parents’ kitchen in Liverpool, debut on this year’s list with a £334m fortune.

Still on sport, Formula 1 ace Lewis Hamilton’s wealth is put at £350m, Anthony Joshua’s at £175m, while England football captain Harry Kane goes into this summer’s Euros having netted £75m.

Rory Mcilroy’s £225m will be in focus after filing for divorce from wife Erica Stoll.

Ex-one Direction star Harry Styles, 30, has amassed a £175m fortune, just ahead of superstar Adele on £170m and almost double Dua Lipa’s £90m.

Among the other richest under-40s are James Asquith, who runs Airbnb rival Holiday Swap, on £182m, and Thomas Hartland-mackie, who runs his family’s electrical gear business, on £684m.

Second on the list is Lady Charlotte Wellesley, daughter of the 9th Duke of Wellington, who has £2.2bn. the country’s home-grown entreprene­urs have seen their fortunes fall and some of the global superrich who came here are moving away.”

Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson, who lives on the private Caribbean island of Necker, is neverthele­ss on the list. His wealth has fallen to an estimated £2.4bn, back to what he was worth in 2000. But he could net upwards of £650m from the proposed sale of lender Virgin Money to the Nationwide building society.
