Party lovers are on the hunt for the most dazzling looks this Christmas as Google searches for ‘festive makeup looks’ increase by 243%. Justmylook’s in-house make-up artist, Hayley Walker, said,“christmas time is a make-up artist’s dream as it’s the season for full-glam and daring looks.

“It’s one of the times of the year when we are more likely to experiment with bold and playful new looks due to the festive atmosphere inspiring us to get more creative with our appearance, including make-up.

“The fact that Christmas only comes once a year and is filled with so many parties and social gatherings also encourages us to make sure we look and feel our best, whether that’s trying a new look or wearing brighter lipstick than we usually would throughout the year.

“Metallics, glitter, and shines are always a big look for the festive season so here are some of my go-to festive looks this season.”

Bold red lips

Hayley says,“the classic look for Christmas is a bold red lip. This Hollywood-glam make-up look is a timeless festive favourite that suits all skin tones and compliments the sequins and sparkles of festive fashion.
